Harley Davidson made a lot of waves with its Rushmore project and now we can finally see what is all about.
One of the models that was influenced by this project is the 2014 Street Glide. Project Rushmore is basically a comprehensive list of improvements made to Harley’s lineup based on the customer’s feedback.
At the heart of the motorcycle lies an air-cooled, High Output Twin Cam 103 engine with integrated oil cooler and Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI). The engine is mated on a six speed cruise dive transmission and delivers a peak torque of 104.7 ft-lb at 3,250 rpm.
